- Prices are in South African Rand, are per person sharing (pps) based on double occupancy, vary by departure and are subject to availability.
- Single supplement rates available on request.
- All prices are Rand Priced Guaranteed – the price you see is the price you pay.
- All Guided Tours:
- Save up to 15% on select 2026 departures featured as “Big Travel Sale”;
- Deposit of R 3,000.00 per person due at time of booking – If you need to cancel your booking after deposit, Trafalgar Tours will give you a Future Travel Credit to use when you rebook with them;
- Full payment due at least 90 days prior to departure or at time of booking if booked within 90 days of departure; whichever comes first.
- Double Global Tour Rewards (GTR):
- GTR members (past guests of Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Costsaver, and Contiki) receive an extra 5% discount during the Early Access period of the Big Travel Sale;
- Valid on new tour and river cruise bookings made by 31 January 2026;
- The extra discount is combinable with the standard 5% GTR past guest discount (total up to 10%), but not combinable with other offers including Big Travel Sale and multiple trip discount.
- All Offers:
- Savings apply to the land-only portion and are valid on new bookings made between 21 January – 27 February 2026;
- Savings are not valid on airfares or extra night accommodations, are subject to availability, capacity restrictions, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice;

- If travellers change to a non-sale date, they are responsible for any price difference and new payment conditions;
