• COVID-19 rules and regulations at time of travel apply.
• Flights and related levies and taxes are not included.
• Cruise only offer that excludes flights, transfers not mentioned and land or tour arrangements not included in itinerary.
• Rates are per person based on double/twin occupancy.
• Single supplement applies.
• A non-refundable deposit is payable upon reservation:
  • € 400.00 per person for deluxe cruises;
  • € 150.00 per person per guaranteed land pre or post-cruise tour of 7+ nights or when booking stand-alone land tours;
  • € 50.00 per person per guaranteed pre or post-cruise land tour of up to 6 nights.
• The remaining outstanding balance is payable at least 45 days prior to departure date for individual bookings (up to 4 cabins) and at the latest 12 weeks prior to departure date for small group reservations (5 or more cabins).
• The captain reserves the right to change and modify the route due to weather conditions and conditions in the ports visited.
• Due to the limited number of berths in certain ports - especially in Hvar and Vis - there is a possibility that the vessel will instead dock or anchor in alternative ports such as Stari Grad (for Hvar) or Komiža (for Vis).
• All Katarina Line cruise departures are guaranteed; however, Katarina Line reserves the right to cancel a departure if fewer than 20 participants are booked.
• Katarina Line reserves the right to change the vessel if the need arises, including in cases of charter arrangements.  Notification will be given at least 30 days before departure.
• Passengers are obliged to follow the Ship Rules (given in writing on the ship), particularly regarding the bringing of drinks on board.
• The Captain reserves the right to request passengers to disembark in the event of inappropriate behaviour.
• Cancellation fees for individual bookings for up to 4 cabins:
  • Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival – non-refundable deposit;
  • 44 – 30 days prior to arrival:  Non-refundable deposit plus 25% of remaining cruise price balance;
  • 29 – 22 days prior to arrival:  Non-refundable deposit plus 50% of remaining cruise price balance;
  • 21 – 0 days prior to arrival:  100% of cruise price.
• Change fees - permitted for a single reservation:
  • Name change fee:  €20 per person;
  • Date change fee:  €20 per person, valid only if the change is made up to 45 days before the booked departure failing which regular cancellation conditions apply.

Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian ports, Katarina Line vessels are moored side by side, making it necessary for travellers to cross from one vessel to another with gaps in between them to get to the shore.  In such cases, travellers are advised to take special care when crossing and do this at their own risk.  Crew assistance will be given to those needing and requesting it.  The cruise is not recommended for clients in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
