IMPORTANT INFORMATION and ADDITIONAL COSTS:

• Sailing duration is 7 days, Saturday to Saturday
• Full board and Half Board packages are available.  Full board option includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.  Dinner comprises at least 3 nights of barbequing on deck and at least 3 nights of seafood:
  • Turkey:  Full board option from Euro 460.00 per person, per week and includes all non- alcoholic drinks
  • Croatia: Full board option from Euro 650.00 and Half board option from Euro 450.00 per person, per week
  • Children aged between 3 - 10 years pay half price
  • Children under 3 are free
• Drinks packages are available:
  • Turkey:  Travellers are advised to bring their own.  There is no corkage fee
  • Croatia:  Alcoholic beverage package option from Euro 290.00 per person, per week and non-alcoholic beverage option from Euro 150.00 per person, per week.  A corkage fee of approximately Euro 900.00 applies if travellers bring their own alcohol on board.  Drinks packages include, Croatian wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, natural and mineral water, juices, coffee and tea.  The type and the amount of spirits aboard varies from Gulet to Gulet
• Rates are quoted per Gulet rental.  The same price applies whether the Gulet is fully booked or not
• No age restriction applies for children, but parents are responsible for their safety and entertainment
• Travellers may customise itineraries

NOTES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This is a Sunset Sails package.

Valid for travel between May and October 2026.

• COVID-19 rules and regulations at time of travel apply.
• The trip price does not include the costs of international flights (to/from the start or end the trip) or transfers.
• All discounts / specials are included in the rate quoted.
• Price applies to the CRUISE portion of the trip only.
• Prices are in South African Rand converted at time of website upload, are per person sharing (pps) based on double occupancy, vary by departure and are subject to availability.
• Sunset Sails standard booking conditions and Terms and Conditions apply.
• A deposit of 50% of the Gulet charter rate needs to be paid within five (5) days of reservation.  25% of this deposit is non-refundable.
• Final payment is due at least five (5) weeks prior to sailing using a rate of exchange that is guaranteed by the supplier for the day for payment.
• Cancellations:
  • For cancellations six (6) or more months before the charter period, 25% of the total of the charter fee will be held by the owner/representative;
  • For cancellations between four (4) to six (6) months before the charter period, 30% of the total of the charter fee will be due and held by the owner/representative;
  • For cancellations between two (2) to four (4) months before the charter period, 40% of the total of the charter fee will be due and held by the owner/representative or the booking may be changed to following year/s;
  • For cancellations within two (2) months before the charter period, 50% of the total of the charter fee will be due and held by the owner/representative or the booking may be changed to following year/s;
  • For cancellations of less than one (1) month before the charter period, the Gulet charterer (traveller/s) must pay 100% of the Gulet charter fee to the owner/representative.
